Sheath
Long sheath with a tubular insertion presenting an almond-like section. The shape of the object, without taking into account the numerous protrusions that enrich it, is straight from the opening to the bottom, and widens suddenly into two pineal prominences on either side of the major axis. The entire object is decorated with abstract motifs composed of planes in modulated relief, which enliven its surface and extend into more or less pointed appendages at the front and back. Several parallel raised bands adorn the object near the mount, and then bend upwards to create a final anterior protrusion with a flat profile. On this protuberance rests a strange, curled-up hybrid animal, the only figurative element in the entire sheath, depicted astride both faces. The head protrudes in profile as a full-round element: it presents the characteristics of a rodent with bunny ears, but is also equipped with very long, twisted horns that bend in an arch behind the back.
