‘BOSHANLU’ INCENSE BURNER

Description The deep, pot-bellied censer cup is grafted into a hollow, domed foot that widens into a raised base at the bottom. The foot is decorated with a dragon amidst waves depicted in slight relief. The perforated lid fits around the edge of the cup: it depicts zoomorphic creatures moving on the three levels of the mountain's peaks. Each peak houses the image of an animal, for a total of twelves figures facing the others in pairs.
