The round section graft is shaped into a truncated cone and is perforated on one side near the opening. Next to this hole is a melting gap. There is no continuity between the handle and the blade: the former tapers a little and then widens laterally to form a wide, straight bevelled wire. Every decoration is absent, and there is some casting defects on the surface. This axehead undoubtedly comes from a site in the Dian kingdom, although the blades of this culture generally have a rounded thread
